AIP Social Content Restructure
The goal of this restructure was twofold. The client wanted to enhance long-form content on YouTube with more modern storytelling and visual trends, while still providing informative, science-driven material. We also sought to develop short-form content ideas to increase engagement, broaden reach, and bring greater awareness to their mission.

My Contributions Included:
Project Management: Served as the ongoing project manager for all post-production, coordinating the yearly flow of content and ensuring timely delivery.
Research & Content Development: Conducted research into emerging science innovations, which informed new content ideas and formats.
Collaboration with Internal Teams: Partnered with AIP’s internal writing team to correlate video and social content with existing blogs and articles, ensuring consistency across channels.
Content Ideation: Developed new types of video and social formats designed to fit platform trends and boost engagement.
Video Editing: Edited both long-form content for YouTube and short-form content for social media.
Intern Management: Oversaw and guided interns, delegating tasks and mentoring them in editing content for the program.
